“Vincent and Ben carried out a full re-thatch of our cottage between February and April 2018.  Despite contending with, at times, very unfavourable weather (snow and copious rain), the workmanship throughout was excellent with everything kept weatherproof at all times.  A fair amount of unplanned but necessary timbering was also carried out, further disrupting the planned timetable but was dealt with cheerfully and competently.  Very tidy work, with no mess on the site at any time and all left spick and span on completion.  Prompt attention, very good communication about work needed, good value. Vincent and Ben clearly take great pride in their work.  Vincent and Ben then returned in June to re-thatch the garage (delayed by the weather earlier in the year).  Another excellent job.  We have received many complimentary remarks on the thatching work.   Would definitely recommend.    Name and address supplied
